Newborns are a treat to photograph. Always so precious! It is especially fun when the mom plans ahead and brings really cute things to photograph her newborn in. How cute is the little tutu?!

Patient Parents

What a fun family this was. The kids were well-behaved and more importantly so were the parents! Mom and Dad were very patient throughout--even when the little guy decided he'd rather be sleeping than take more pictures! Patient parents definitely make for the best pictures. It is important to work with kids instead of getting upset and then expecting the kids to smile. We had to work with this little guy since he was tired and grumpy. He got a sucker for his individual pictures which turned out really cute. (Mom chose a series of three candid sucker pictures for her bedroom. Super cute!) Notice the pose for the kid picture since the little guy was not about to be content without his mom or dad. I love it!
